David Slone didn't stumble into the vacation rental business — he was called to it by three decades of love for Branson, Missouri.
Growing up, David and his wife Stacey made Branson a family tradition. Year after year, they packed the car, pointed toward the Ozarks, and let Branson work its magic on their family. They saw the shows, fished Table Rock Lake, rode every roller coaster at Silver Dollar City, and discovered the local restaurants that never make the tourist brochures. Over thirty years, they didn't just vacation in Branson — they became part of it.
"We've talked about the possibility of retiring in Branson for years. In 2022 we decided to buy a condo and start our journey with short term renting. That's when we bought our Fall Creek condo, Sunny Daze — and everything took off from there."
What started with one condo quickly grew into something larger. Guests responded not just to the quality of the properties, but to the way David and Stacey operated — with the attentiveness of hosts who genuinely care, not a management company processing reservations. Five-star reviews followed. Then more properties. Then the realization that this was more than a side project.
