Our Story

Built on Three Decades of Branson

David and Stacey Slone didn't plan to start a vacation rental company. For more than thirty years, Branson was their family tradition, from the shows and Silver Dollar City to fishing on Table Rock Lake, and they always pictured retiring there. In 2022 they bought a condo called Sunny Daze in Fall Creek and started short-term renting. Guests responded immediately. Five-star reviews followed, then more properties, then the realization that this was more than a side project. Today Aha Moments Property Management oversees a growing portfolio across Branson's most desirable neighborhoods, from walkable condos near Branson Landing and the Convention Center to lakeside getaways near Table Rock Lake and the Cliffs Resort, plus large group retreats that sleep up to 30 guests.

He runs the business alongside his wife Stacey, with property manager Michelle handling daily operations on the ground and Aaron keeping every home guest-ready.
