This stunning home has been completely reimagined for both style and comfort:

Step inside and you’ll instantly feel the care that went into designing this home. Every corner has been thoughtfully updated to blend modern farmhouse charm with mid-century modern style—bright, airy, and stylish, yet still warm and welcoming.

The living room is spacious and inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating for movie nights, board games, or just swapping stories after a day on the square. Large windows let in natural light, and the open layout flows right into the kitchen so the whole group can stay connected.

Speaking of the kitchen, it’s fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, a roomy island for prep and gathering, and all the cookware and basics you might need. Whether you’re making margaritas before a night downtown or pancakes for the family, this kitchen has you covered.

The primary suite feels like a retreat within a retreat, with a plush king bed and en-suite bath that’s perfect for unwinding. Two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds dressed in soft linens—ideal for couples or friends traveling together. The fourth bedroom is a guest favorite: a double queen bunk bed that makes sleepovers fun for kids and gives adults plenty of space too.

With three full bathrooms, everyone has the space they need to get ready without a wait.

Step outside and you’ll find a private backyard with room to relax and breathe. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio, sip wine under the stars, or just soak up the quiet charm of Georgetown’s historic district. After a long day, relax in your private hot tub and let the stress of the day melt away.

This home was designed with groups in mind—spacious, stylish, and full of little touches that make it feel less like a rental and more like your own Texas getaway.

You’ll be staying in Georgetown’s historic district, surrounded by tree-lined streets, beautiful homes, and welcoming Texas hospitality. A short stroll takes you straight to the square, where you’ll find:

Live music venues
Upscale restaurants & casual cafés
