…The location was so perfectly situated within walking distance to the landing within minutes of all the attractions. Our favorites were the private balcony with porch swing, blown away at the coffee table having a big screen game console inside it, and the art, it lights up in the living room and the giant to-do checklists in the hallway, I have never seen these features in any rental I have stayed at over the years.

Design That Makes You Smile

Sunny Side Falls is full of personality. From the custom logo and artwork to the warm colors inspired by Ozark sunsets and flowing water, the space feels creative without being overwhelming.

The living room sofa easily converts to a queen sleeper, making the condo perfect for couples, friends, or small families. And the Infinity Game Table? It’s always a guest favorite—equal parts fun, nostalgia, and “wow” factor.

Kitchen & Dining

The dining area seats four comfortably and flows seamlessly into the kitchen—ideal for slow breakfasts, quick lunches, or planning your next Branson adventure.

The kitchen is stocked for both short stays and longer getaways, and the coffee & tea station highlights our love for local flavor. Enjoy complimentary samples from Table Rock Coffee Roasters (veteran-owned) and The Spice & Tea Exchange, and take advantage of exclusive discounts if you visit their shops during your stay.

…. This was an awesome little condo. It has just about everything we needed and was in a great location….. The electronic game table was a nice touch! We also very much enjoyed the porch swing overlooking the creek in the back of the building. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need for a short or long stay….. the bed in the bedroom was comfortable..

Bedroom & Relaxation

The bedroom continues the peaceful waterfall theme with soothing green tones, comfortable bedding, and a Smart TV—perfect for winding down after a day of shows, shopping, or exploring.

In the hallway, you’ll find custom “bucket list” artwork with Branson activity checklists—one of those small touches that turns planning into part of the fun.

Morning coffee on the balcony. Creek sounds in the background. Evenings spent unwinding after a full Branson day. This is what Sunny Side Falls does best.
